Your Apple ID is the account you use to access your Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more. And you can sign in to all Apple services with a single Apple ID and password.

We do not setup Apple ID accounts for you (see 'Create an Apple ID' link below). We strongly recommend that you associate your SFGov email address with your Apple ID account on your department issued Apple mobile device(s). The password and security questions you've chosen during your Apple ID account setup is solely your responsibility to remember and to keep this information safe. We cannot change your Apple ID email address nor reset your Apple ID password.
