NOTE:  This solution only applies to Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client. If you have Windows 10, you must use this VPN Client.

Launch the Cisco AnyConnect App and enter the VPN server address (as shown below):
CCSF-VPN1 then click on the Connect button and login.
