On on the CCSF Account Notification email that you've received, click on the link or copy and paste into your web browser https://myapps.sfgov.org/ccsfportal/signin (it's highly recommended that you use Google Chrome).
Sign in with your usual credentials DSW#, POI# or Username. Click on the Change Password link under MyApps.
