When there's an issue with a copier (ie. paperjam, noises, etc...), the LCD will most likely display the identified cause and will present a step-by-step process to resolve the issue. Simply follow these steps. If the issue is severe (ie. technical in nature like a visibly broken part, hard to clear paper jam, stained copies, other issues etc...) please contact the Copier Tech Support for field tech dispatch.
All of our Ricoh and Konica/Minolta networked contract copier machines have a sticker on the machine with a 1-800 number and a Machine ID. Call the 800 number, have the Machine ID (usually located under the barcode) and the error message and/or code, if any, (sample pix below) with a detailed description of the issue. Ask for a copier tech to be dispatched onsite to fix the problem.
