If you've contacted one of our support team members directly for an IT request via email or have left a direct voicemail message, and the team member has not gotten back to you yet, it maybe due to fact that they are on a day off, on sick leave, on vacation, or working offsite, etc..
It's always best practice to send ALL of your IT related requests, questions and concerns directly to: recitsupport@sfgov.org so a ticket will be generated for you by the system and be tended by an active support agents.
