Cisco Jabber Softphone software enables you to make and receive phone calls using your existing Cisco IP phone number on the go. This desktop software can be installed on your department issued PC laptop or department issued Macbook. In order to use Jabber Softphone, you must have "ALL" of the following:
1. A Cisco IP phone number that is assigned to you.
2. An active SFGov email address.
3. A active VPN Account.
When prompted for login credentials, use your SFGov email credentials. Accept "ALL" Certificates when prompted. For Voicemail Credentials Username is: firstname.lastname (this should be the same as your SFGov email address without the @sfgov.org) Password is your SFGov email password.

NOTE: you can associate up to 2 phone numbers max on this desktop version. You must be logged in to your Cisco AnyConnect VPN Account for Jabber to work.
